River School Weekly Class

Weekly Florida River School for homeschool Florida kids ages 5-12! Students will learn through hands-on exploration of Old Florida at our riverfront farm, while learning about Florida nature and wildlife, water conservation, survival and life skills & more! 

We are helping to shape the next generation to love and respect Florida’s wildlife and natural beauty while learning useful skills.

Each week, your homeschoolers will be able to experience Florida nature on land & on water!

• Discover Florida wildlife & native ecosystems
• Explore river life by kayak & paddleboard
• Learn hands-on survival & outdoor skills
• Build confidence, curiosity, and connection to nature

*Classes are on a weekly basis, your child must register for EACH class they plan on attending.

STEP 1: Select the date of the class you wish to register for & the quantity of students you are registering for that class 

STEP 2: Fill out the registration questionnaire for each student you are registering

STEP 3: Proceed to check out to reserve your student's spot, if using StepUp scholarship funds use code stepup after reserving funds in the EMA Marketplace.

WEEKLY CLASS REQUIREMENTS:

• Packed lunch & snack
• Refillable water bottle
• Active clothes & water shoes
• Bathing suit, towel & change of clothes (just in case!)

Youth kayaks, life jackets & fishing gear are available for each registered student to use. If you prefer to bring your own, you are more than welcome to do so!

1. Add the class dates you wish to register for to your cart

2. Check out with code: stepup to zero out the total

3. Login to Step Up Marketplace

4. Search 'River School' under providers

5. Select the tuition for the class you registered for and reserve funds.
